If you are enrolled in an HMO medical plan, your prescription drugs are covered by the HMO.

 
Medco Effective July 1, 2006, if you are enrolled in the Fee-for-Service Plan, you are covered by Medco.

Under the Medco Plan, you may take your prescription to a participating pharmacy or you may use the Medco mail order pharmacy.

If a generic is available, and you or your doctor indicate "Do not substitute" on the prescription, you will be charged the brand co-payment, plus the difference in cost between the generic and the brand named drug.
