Prescription Drug Plan--Retiree
 

If you are enrolled in an HMO or EPO medical plan, your prescription drugs are covered by the HMO or EPO.

 
Medco Effective July 1, 2006, if you are enrolled in the Fee-for-Service Medical Plan, you are covered by Medco.   To contact Medco, call 800-987-7836 or visit www.medco.com.

 

Under the Medco Plan, you may take your prescription to a participating pharmacy or you may use the Medco mail order pharmacy.

If a generic is available, and you or your doctor indicate "Do not substitute" on the prescription, you will be charged the brand co-payment, plus the difference in cost between the generic and the brand named drug.
